Why I change the header

Note: I noticed that people searching for "changing header in blogspot.com" have landed in this page. For these people, to change the Header (title) of the blog, you have to sign into the Dashboard, choose the blog, then click the SETTINGS > BASIC tabs, and there you can change the header (title) of the blog.
