Hyperlinks in Profile (About Me)

A blog reader comment in the post Making "About Me" a single line (hyperlink) that link to the full profile. For your convenience, I paste the relevant part of the comment below:I see that you have embedded links into the demonstration profile. Can you tell me how you do it? I've gone so far as to try and figure out how to make a completely new and separate profile (and suppress the old profile)
