Bill Gate is #1 Billionaire

According to yahoo finance, Bill Gates is 2009's top billionaire. The Microsoft founder has lost 18 billion over the past year, but still has a net worth of 40 billion dollars.

Warren Buffet (last year's richest man) came in at a close second with a net worth of 37 billion.  He's lost 25 billion over the past year.
